KVL Series
Kingston answers the call from the industry for a Heavy Duty Vertical Turning Center with its new KVL Series. Unique to the KVL is the one piece casting of the X/Z Axis which is supported by oversized box ways for superior stability and cutting accuracy. The arched type double rail column and adjustable cross rail are ribbed FC 30 castings, with hardened and ground slide ways. And the table is equipped with two sets of precision bearings to provide excellent table load capacity and greater cutting capability.

Tool holders are one piece design for greater rigidity and the tool magazine is mounted to the floor to allow for heavy weight tools. All machines in the KVL series come with Fanuc 0iTD controls and can be ordered with milling function.
